All living things leave signs of their presence on the land, and it takes a keen observer to notice and interpret them. Join us in discovering and interpreting the signs left behind by some of our smallest kin: insects and their relatives. Record and celebrate your discoveries in the nature journal provided. All ages are welcome.

Beauty may be in the eye of the beholder, but it's hard to deny the beauty of wildflowers. Get up close and personal with these tiny wonders - examine their colours, count their petals, and admire their shapes. Take your time, breathe in the fresh air, and let their beauty spark your creativity. Record and celebrate your discoveries in the nature journal provided. All ages are welcome, though children will need support from an adult.

This fun and engaging 2–hour free program combines a 1-hour practical teaching session with 1-hour of supervised hands-on fishing.
A few key things to note:
• Children under the age of 18 must be registered by and accompanied on site by an adult
• All required fishing equipment will be provided
• We recommend that participants bring appropriate sun protection including a sun hat.
• Participants are not required to have a fishing licence as they are deemed a one day conservation fishing licence (all participants must follow all Ontario fishing regulations)
• To participate in the Learn to Fish program at most locations, a day use and/or parking fees will apply***
