What You'll Like:

  • Choose your stay. Camp at our Whitesand Lake location and enjoy warmer inland waters, watersports and day use activities. Or visit the Rossport Campground to experience the rugged shore of Lake Superior.
  • View the cascading waters as they plunge over the rock ledges of Rainbow Falls on their way to Lake Superior.
  • Hike our three trails to experience panoramic views of Lake Superior and Whitesand Lake. The park’s Rainbow Falls Trail is a part of the longer 52 km Casque Isles section of the Voyageur Trail.
  • Discovery Program Nature Connection Stations are available during July and August. • Enjoy the Lake Superior Circle Tour with fall camping at the Rossport Campground until Thanksgiving.
  • The park is located alongside the Lake Superior National Marine Conservation Area (Parks Canada) and the Lake Superior Water Trail (Trans Canada Trail).
