Park Notice

Please be advised that starting March 19th, 2026 the walking pathway from the “Trail Parking” area to the intersection of Newcastle and Pioneer trails, including the adjacent field area, will be closed until further notice. This closure is for the safety of our staff and visitors due to on-going area construction. The parking area is still open during this time.
If you wish to utilize the trail system, parking is available by nearby access points at the Camp Office, Nature Centre and Lighthouse Centre.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Park Notice

Please be advised that beginning March 16, the main road into the park and day use loop will undergo ongoing road-side construction. Work is expected to continue throughout the 2026 camping season. Visitors may experience traffic delays, construction noise, and temporary detours during this period. We kindly ask that all drivers remain patient and follow posted signage and staff direction. For everyone’s safety, pedestrians and cyclists should use extra caution when moving throughout construction zones.

Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve the park experience for all.

Park Notice

Access to High Bluff Island, Gull Island and the waters 200 metres from their shorelines is prohibited each year from March 10th to September 10th inclusive.
