Rondeau Provincial Park

The playground at Rondeau Provincial Park did not meet the current Canadian Standards for public-use playground equipment and due to safety concerns was removed at the end of 2025. We recognize the significance of this recreational feature to our visitors, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as the ministry reviews options and determines next steps.

The Marsh Tower and boardwalk were severely damaged by ice sheer. For public safety reasons, both the Marsh Tower and boardwalk were removed until further notice. Options for rehabilitation of the Marsh Tower and boardwalk are currently being explored.

The Rondeau Provincial Park pier suffered ice damage in January of 2014. For public safety reasons, the pier remains closed until further notice.
