Park Notice
The Rondeau Provincial Park pier suffered ice damage in January of 2014. For public safety reasons, the pier remains closed until further notice.

The Marsh Tower and boardwalk were severely damaged by ice sheer. For public safety reasons, both the Marsh Tower and boardwalk were removed until further notice. Options for rehabilitation of the Marsh Tower and boardwalk are currently being explored.
Park Notice
A Deer Herd Reduction (DHR) will be conducted at Rondeau Provincial Park in partnership with local Indigenous communities, taking place November 22nd and 23rd as well as December 6th and 7th, 2025. The park will be closed to the public for the entirety of these two days and will reopen on Monday December 8th at 8:30AM. Public safety is the utmost priority for the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks and Ontario Parks. Therefore, all access points will be monitored by park staff and OPP, and public entry will be prohibited. For safety reasons, during the DHR, we ask that you do not enter the park and that you comply with all posted notices. Park closures are authorized under the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006
