What You'll Like:
The Goulais River passes through shoreline wetlands and supports a self-sustaining brook trout population. It is qutie shallow in places and includes falls, a lake section and stretches through scenic talus slopes and bedrock resembling rock gardens.
Location: Goulais River is located within the Algoma Headwaters Signature Site, approximately 90 kilometres northeast of Sault Ste. Marie and 50 kilometres south of Chapleau.
