Have you ever peered under a log and found a whole world full of tiny creatures? At Awenda, these microhabitats are home to many—and by exploring them, we are learning just how important even the smallest parts of nature can be. Come down and join the Discovery Team to learn more about these habitats and their interconnectedness to the environment around them!

Calling all young explorers! Join our exciting Navigation Skills for Kids program and embark on an adventure to master essential navigation skills. Discover the four cardinal directions, learn how to use a compass, find and use landmarks, read park maps, and pick up crucial safety tips.
