SUMMARY:Nature Therapy with Outdoor Kat (***Registration Required***)
DESCRIPTION:Join Outdoor Kat for a 1.5-hour Nature Therapy Hike along a sandy forested trail with varying levels of elevation and explore the scenic Oxbow Dune as well as the Nottawasaga River corridor through a series of guided invitations designed to foster relaxation\, presence\, and connection with nature. \n\nThis experience offers a restorative opportunity to slow down\, connect with the natural world\, and discover the benefits of spending intentional time in nature.
